Job Description
Remote Role: Google Ads Specialist
Type: Contractor / Remote
Engagement: Managed Service setup
About the Role
We re looking for a Google Ads Specialist who can go beyond just executing tasks. You ll play a strategic role in managing optimizing and advising on ad campaigns across multiple accounts. This is not a VA or junior-level role we want someone who can own strategy performance and results.
Main Responsibilities

Manage and optimize multiple Google Ads campaigns across industries.

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve performance.

Conduct keyword research ad copywriting and A/B testing.

Monitor and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.

Collaborate with existing teams (Wing VAs and SEO staff) for integrated .

Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and possibly clients.
Must-Have Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience managing multiple Google Ads campaigns.

Ability to advise on and execute strategy not just perform isolated tasks.

Strong understanding of Google Ads best practices and platform tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Comfortable working independently in a remote collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with GoHighLevel (or willingness to learn it quickly).

Experience in client-facing or consultative digital marketing roles.
