Job Description

Excellent job opening with our client looking for Sales - RSM (Regional Sales Manager) in Mumbai.

Industry - Construction building material or MEP/ plumbing contractors/consultants.
Experience required - 5 years to 15 years in sales of building materials/plumbing/MEP
Location - Andheri-East Mumbai (near western express highway metro station)
Salary budget - Rs. 8 to 10 lakhs per annum

Key Responsibilities -
  • Meeting builders & plumbing consultants to generate new business leads projects by showing valve products and highlighting technical features etc.
  • Make product presentations to Builders MEP/ plumbing contractors and Consultants.
  • Identify new clients.
  • Appointing dealers and distributors.
  • Reaching the sales targets and goals set for your area.
  • Establishing maintaining and expanding your customer base.
  • Setting sales targets for individual and your team as a whole.
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
  • Monitoring your team s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
  • Dealing with major customer accounts yourself
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Keeping up to date information of competitors.

Required Qualifications -
  • Any Graduate but preferred B. Engg. and diploma Engineers in Civil/Mechanical etc.
  • 5 years of sales experience preferably in a building material industry or MEP/ plumbing contractors and Consultants.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer-focused solutions.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required by the role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
