we required HR & Admin Assistant for our factory at POR Vilas transcore limited)
Job Summary: The HR & Admin Assistant supports the Human Resources (HR) and Administration teams in handling a variety of tasks related to HR functions office management and administrative support. The position involves assisting in recruitment employee relations documentation office operations and maintaining smooth organizational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment processes including job posting resume screening and interview scheduling.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records including personal information performance evaluations and attendance.
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees including conducting orientations and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Support payroll administration by assisting with timesheets salary details and benefits management.
  • Help in managing employee leave requests and maintaining leave records.
  • Assist with HR-related compliance ensuring the organization adheres to legal requirements and regulations.
  • Coordinate and assist with employee training and development activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and employee information.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing data entry and office organization.
  • Coordinate office activities meetings and events.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory ensuring availability of essential items.
  • Handle incoming calls emails and other communications ensuring that inquiries are directed appropriately.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports presentations and documentation.
  • Schedule appointments meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and assist with other administrative support needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in administrative or HR roles is a plus but not required.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
