Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries provide property-related information and assist in ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a customer-centric approach and a basic understanding of the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls emails and WhatsApp inquiries from customers regarding real estate projects.
- Provide detailed information about property listings pricing amenities and payment plans.
- Schedule site visits and follow up with potential customers to ensure engagement.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Address and resolve customer queries complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth lead management.
- Assist customers with documentation and post-sales support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and referrals.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline BBA MBA preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years in customer support preferably in the real estate sector.
- Languages: Proficiency in Marathi Hindi and English (Mandatory).
- Skills: Strong communication problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
