Job Description
Job Title: Network Engineer 8 Years Experience)
Location: Thane (Local Candidates Only)
Must-Have Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in networking
- Expert-level knowledge in Cisco routing and switching
- Strong hands-on experience with BGP OSPF EIGRP Nexus switches and Cisco ACI
- Deep understanding of MPLS and Internet Leased Line (ILL) networks
- Experience configuring VLANs VXLANs HSRP IP SLA GRE and VPN tunnels
- Proficiency in Port-Channel configurations and switch stacking
- Hands-on expertise in Nexus and ACI configuration troubleshooting
- Knowledge of SD-WAN solutions
- Foundational understanding of firewalls and security products
- Experience managing IP schema across different zones
- Proficiency in escalation management and handling P1 incidents
- Familiarity with NOC processes and ITSM workflows
- Compliance with industry standards and experience in handling audits
- Network architecture design expertise
- Relevant certifications such as CCIE (Data Center or Routing & Switching)
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Optimizing network performance and ensuring reliability
- Efficient handling of escalations and P1 incidents
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and security protocols
- Successful design and implementation of network architectures
