We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead and manage our sales and digital
marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills experience in handling
Shopify clients and expertise in driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning. You will
be responsible for team management client handling sales performance analysis and
reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead mentor and manage the business development and digital marketing team to
achieve sales targets.
Handle Shopify clients ensuring smooth communication and delivering marketing solutions
that drive sales.
Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance business growth.
Monitor and analyze sales performance through sales charts and key performance indicators
(KPIs).
Prepare and maintain the PMS (Performance Management System) reports for tracking
team productivity and achievements.
Identify new business opportunities build strong client relationships and drive revenue
growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market developments.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in business development sales or digital marketing leadership.
Strong understanding of Shopify e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent team management and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and prepare comprehensive reports.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools sales tracking software and performance reporting systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Experience in e-commerce SaaS or digital marketing industry is a plus.
