Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules including appointments meetings and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence reports presentations and other documents.
Answer phone calls take messages and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
Coordinate and organize meetings including preparation of meeting agendas taking minutes and following up on action items.
Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems (both electronic and paper-based).
Assist with day-to-day office operations including ordering supplies handling mail and managing office equipment.
Collaborate with team members to support projects and ensure deadlines are met.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices and tracking expenses.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders ensuring clear and professional communication.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:

Draft proofread and edit correspondence reports and presentations.

Assist in the preparation and organization of key projects and initiatives.
Research and compile information for decision-making and presentations.
4. Operational Efficiency:
Maintain organized records and filing systems both digital and physical.
Monitor and manage expense reports budgets and invoices.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
5. Miscellaneous Support:
Assist with personal errands and special projects as needed.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor s degree preferred but not required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate s degree or bachelor s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant Office Administrator or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
