ATS Experience Preferred Leverage Zoho Recruit and other tools to support your success.
Develop and manage new business relationships with hiring managers HR leaders and executives to generate permanent placement job orders.
Prospect cold call and network across industries to build a pipeline of client accounts with ongoing hiring needs.
Negotiate and secure signed fee agreements (25% 35%) in line with industry standards.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand client requirements hiring challenges and business goals.
Collaborate with the recruiting team (led by the President) to ensure accurate role scoping expectations and follow-through on searches.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all prospective and current clients.
Document activities and pipeline updates via Zoho Recruit or other tracking systems.
Proven success in business development within executive search staffing or professional services.
Experience working with mid-level to executive-level hiring managers across industries.
Strong negotiation skills and confidence in presenting contingency-based search agreements.
3 years of B2B sales or client development experience in a recruiting or consultative sales environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident and professional demeanor.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently manage your own schedule and drive results.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Zoho Recruit Bullhorn JobDiva etc. is preferred.
Bachelor s degree is strongly preferred.
Commission-Only 1099 Contractor Role
Earn 50% of the placement fee for each job order you generate that results in a successful hire.
Placement fees typically range from $20000 to $65000 depending on the role and client.
