Job Description
Responsibilities
Conduct business process analysis and requirement gathering sessions with clients
Assist in designing and configuring ERP modules (e.g. Finance Inventory Procurement HR Payroll)
Support end-to-end ERP implementation and upgrade projects (e.g. Sage 300 Sage X3 QuickBooks Enterprise Zoho Books)
Perform system testing troubleshooting and issue resolution
Prepare technical documentation user manuals and functional specifications
Deliver user training and ensure knowledge transfer to client teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers project managers and end users
Participate in post-implementation review and provide support
Ensure ERP solutions comply with industry best practices and client-specific requirements
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Information Technology or a related field
3 5 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting ERP systems
Strong understanding of at least one major ERP software (e.g. Sage 300 or Sage X3)
Solid grasp of business processes in Finance Inventory Procurement and HR
Experience with data migration report customization and system configuration
Excellent problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills
Certification in relevant ERP platforms (e.g. Sage 300 Certified Consultant)
Experience in project documentation and business analysis
Knowledge of SQL or other database tools is an added advantage
