Job Description
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment including but not limited to plumbing electrical HVAC carpentry and household appliances
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
- Assisting with preventative maintenance schedules
- Collaborating with team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standard
- Performs snow removal to ensure safety of walkways and parking lots
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid drivers license required.
- 1 year(s) related experience; specialized training or certification accepted in lieu of experience.
