Position Overview
We are currently looking for a Senior Rendering Programmer to optimize graphics and bridge the gap between game development and technical art. You will play a key role in delivering high-performance visually compelling experiences across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and support the needs of technical artists and visual teams
- Implement and optimize rendering techniques to enhance game graphics
- Develop and maintain graphics features such as shaders lighting and post-processing effects
- Write and maintain custom rendering code and shaders (HLSL GLSL etc.)
- Ensure consistent visual quality and performance across PC console and mobile platforms
- Collaborate closely with artists technical artists and engineering teams
- Optimize assets and rendering pipelines for cross-platform compatibility
- Work primarily with Unreal Engine C and shader languages
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of programming experience
- Strong proficiency in C
- Solid experience with shader languages (HLSL GLSL etc.)
- In-depth understanding of rendering technologies (materials post-processing rendering pipelines)
- Proven track record with Unreal Engine
- Experience in performance optimization and profiling across platforms
- Good hardware knowledge (mobile PC console)
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaboration skills with technical art and visual teams
- Prior experience in game development required
