Job Description
Job Title:
COOP Intern Project Management
Location:
AECOM Saudi Arabia (Various project sites and offices)
Duration:
15 June 31 July 2025 (8 weeks)
Program Overview:
This is a structured COOP internship program designed to provide final-year university students with practical experience in project management. Interns will rotate across key functions receive mentorship from experienced professionals and participate in a guided learning path that ends with a capstone project and certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in rotation assignments across Planning Cost & Commercial and Site Supervision departments
- Support project teams in documentation reporting and scheduling activities
- Attend team meetings and assist in tracking project deliverables
- Complete assigned online courses and submit weekly reflections
- Collaborate on a capstone project with other interns and present to senior leadership
- Engage in regular mentoring sessions and apply feedback for development
Qualifications :
- Final-year student in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or related field
- Eligible for COOP training as part of university requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment
- Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus
