Job Description

Were looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager Customer Master Data Operations to lead the strategy and execution of customer and account master data management (MDM) across our commercial organization. This role plays a critical part in enabling effective field execution optimizing customer engagement and driving data-informed decision-making by ensuring the accuracy consistency and strategic alignment of healthcare provider (HCP) healthcare organization (HCO) and affiliations data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality master data for HCPs and HCOs ensuring alignment with commercial business rules and compliance standards.
  • Design master data standards that directly support commercial goals including field force effectiveness targeting and segmentation.
  • Maintain and monitor customer and brand-specific hierarchies and affiliations to support accurate territory alignment brand reporting and tailored engagement strategies across therapeutic areas.
  • Support investigation requests that affect Incentive Compensation (IC) accuracy and field reporting and working with Data Operations to implement sustainable solutions to ensure IC data integrity and business continuity.
  • Work cross-functionally with Commercial Insights Sales and Data teams to understand evolving business needs and continuously improve data assets that drive commercial performance.
  • Collaborate with the Data Operations team to follow data quality standards including validation rules naming conventions and change management protocols.
  • Develop and manage data stewardship processes to ensure consistency accuracy and completeness of data while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Brand teams to ensure all data elements and related processes are thoroughly documented maintained and aligned with operational standards.

 

 


    Qualifications :

     

    • 6 years of experience in commercial data management in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
    • Bachelors degree in business Data Management Information Systems or a related field; advanced degree preferred
    • Strong understanding of customer master data HCP/HCO hierarchies affiliations and data governance principles
    • Experience with CRM and MDM platforms (e.g. Veeva Salesforce Reltio Informatica)
    • Proven ability to investigate and resolve complex data issues across systems and teams
    • Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced matrixed environment with a strong attention to detail

     


    Additional Information :

    The base salary pay range for this role is 00 USD annually. Actual pay for this position will take into account factors such as experience and location. In addition to a base salary this position is also eligible for a competitive 401k match short and long-term incentives medical dental vision STD/LTD and life insurance benefits in addition to other health and wellness programs and offerings.
