- Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan products and application status through phone and email channels
- Guide potential borrowers through the loan application process explaining requirements and documentation needed
- Handle sensitive financial information with strict confidentiality and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring proper follow-up
- Identify and communicate trends in customer feedback to improve service delivery
- Data admin support by reading various documents and inputting information into our CRM and proprietary platform
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred
- 2 years of customer service experience preferably in financial services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary software
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and multi-line phone systems
