Job Description

Lead the internal marketing and communication strategy to enhance employee engagement company culture and the overall connection between our people and the employer brand. Youll be responsible for crafting powerful narratives running creative campaigns and developing visual content aligned with our brand identity.

  • Design and implement the internal communication strategy aligned with the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and cultural goals.
  • Lead creative internal campaigns (monthly or quarterly) to drive engagement and reinforce key messages.
  • Manage and optimize internal communication channels (intranet internal app newsletters screens etc.).
  • Write and design key messages corporate communications and multi-format content (visual written and audiovisual).
  • Develop and produce graphic materials such as presentations infographics visual campaigns and simple video animations.
  • Track performance using KPIs (engagement participation reach feedback etc.).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and HR to cascade messages and align on business priorities.
  • Ensure all internal communications align with the companys tone voice and visual identity.

Detailed Skillsets

  1. Strategic Communication & Planning:
    • Ability to design and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies.
    • Understanding of Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and its integration into communications.
    • Capacity to align communication efforts with broader cultural and business goals.
  2. Content Creation & Management:
    • Excellent Written Communication: Crafting clear compelling and brand-aligned key messages corporate communications and various content formats.
    • Visual Communication & Design: Developing and producing graphic materials (presentations infographics visual campaigns) and simple video animations.
    • Storytelling: Ability to craft powerful narratives that resonate with employees.
    • Multi-format Content Production: Experience with written visual and audiovisual content.
  3. Campaign Management:
    • Leadership in developing and executing creative internal campaigns (monthly/quarterly).
    • Ability to drive engagement and reinforce key messages through campaigns.
  4. Channel Management & Optimization:
    • Proficiency in managing and optimizing various internal communication channels (intranet internal app newsletters digital screens etc.).
    • Understanding of best practices for different communication platforms.
  5. Brand & Tone Consistency:
    • Strong understanding and application of companys tone voice and visual identity.
    • Ability to ensure all internal communications align with brand guidelines.
  6. Analytical & Performance Tracking:
    • Ability to track performance using KPIs (engagement participation reach feedback).
    • Data analysis skills to measure communication effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
    • Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams (especially HR).
    • Ability to cascade messages effectively and align on business priorities with various departments.
    • Influencing and negotiation skills to ensure communication alignment.
  8. Project Management:
    • Ability to manage multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously.
    • Organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage resources effectively.
  9. Creativity & Innovation:
    • Capacity to generate fresh ideas for campaigns and content.
    • A focus on innovative approaches to engage employees.
  10. Digital Fluency:
    • Comfort with various digital tools and platforms used for internal communications.
    • Likely includes proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite basics for simple graphics/videos) email marketing platforms content management systems for intranets etc.

Qualifications :

Qualification:

  • BSc. in Communications Marketing Human Resources Public Relations Event Management or a related field.
  • Strong planning and execution skills: You love organizing and seeing events through from start to finish.
  • Bubbly and outgoing personality: Youre approachable energetic and genuinely enjoy interacting with people.
  • Creative content creation skills: You have a knack for writing compelling messages and can create simple visual content (e.g. using Canva basic video editing apps).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive reliable and eager to learn.
