As Online Operations Administrator you will be part of a operations team with the goal to support and secure smooth e-commerce order operations. You will handle daily e-commerce operations including online order -and returns workflow omni services payments cross-departmental support and logistics.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Online Operations Administrator your main contribution will be to support and secure smooth e-commerce order operations. You will play a vital role to ensure seamless customer experience and operational efficiency in our e-commerce channel. You will report to Online Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily communication with distribution centers fulfillment partners and logistics providers to optimize operations.
- Provide cross-departmental support on operational and financial inquiries related to the e-commerce channel
- Support system development by reporting bugs testing fixes and assisting in e-commerce improvements.
- Handle daily payment operations and chargebacks
- Track and report on order allocation fulfillment performance and SLAs.
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer service issues related to order fulfillment and payments.

- Passionate about the digital side of the fashion industry and the Acne Studios brand
Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience within luxury fashion or service industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products; primarily Excel Word PowerPoint
- Experience of e-commerce platforms order management systems and backend systems (E.g. WMS/OMS/ERP/PIM/PSP)
- Fluent in English
