We are seeking a passionate and community-focused Health Promotion Officer to join our team in the Central Goldfields. In this role you will be responsible for developing implementing and evaluating health promotion programs and initiatives aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of our local community.
To be successful in this position you will have:
This position presents an exciting opportunity for a Grade 1 or 2 Health Promotion Officer to utilise their skills and passion to make a real difference in improving health outcomes for residents in the Central Goldfields region. You will work closely with your team and key stakeholders to identify priority health areas and develop targeted evidence-based programs and campaigns.
