Overview
Founded in 1926 Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center is a 334-bed acute care nonprofit community hospital located in Glendale California. The hospital offers a full complement of services including its award winning heart center the colorectal surgery institute a gastrointestinal program and is a Los Angeles County approved primary stroke center. Responsibilities
As our Nurse Manager Perioperative Services at Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center youll oversee 80 surgical services staff and act as the conduit between these caregivers and leadership teams. You will communicate the organizations goals to the staff as we constantly seek to improve patient experience and outcomes. At the same time you will advocate for your team by bringing any issues requests or new ideas from them to leadership.
Glendale Hospital has 8 operating rooms and on average we perform 300 surgeriesper month. Our surgical specialties include; Open Heart/Vascular Neuro/Spine Orthopedics General Robotics OB/GYN Colorectal Urology and GI.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience required.
- Registered Nursing License (RN) in CA required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
