Zantech is looking for a Digital Social Strategist to support our onsite at the Pentagon.

The Digital/ Social Strategist will be responsible for achieving the federal clients strategic brand and business objectives by working with clients to provide them with guidance and working with the internal team to achieve execution of strategies. In this position you should be creative and comfortable working with stakeholders and with the internal team.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage and direct a portfolio of projects working closely with project managers to ensure successful client delivery
  • Steer the organizations digital narrative and drive highly effective digital campaigns
  • Build the corporations digital brand by leading and maintaining their presence in the digital world
  • Assess the strategic environment to identify opportunities and create integrated and effective digital strategies
  • Oversee development and implementation of the monthly digital strategy
  • Create actionable plans to disseminate cohesive messaging through popular social media platforms such as Twitter Facebook Pinterest YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Working knowledge of multi-social posting such as Sprinklr
  • Oversee development of communications engagement strategies and implement strategic marketing tactics in support of campaigns programs and events
  • Establish digital strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website emails social media and blogs)
  • Develop and manage timelines for effective digital execution
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone voice and terminology
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
  • Attend client meetings for planning of effective and timely future digital support
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cross-funnel of information to internal team for an effective execution.
  • Build and foster relationships with federal partners and internal team members
  • Remain up to date on industry trends and innovative ways to deliver solutions
  • Establish best practices in digital marketing


Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • 3-5 years of social media management experience
  • Degree in advertising marketing communication public relations or equivalent
  • Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
  • Firm grasp of emerging digital tools
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
  • Understanding of web analytics.
  • Possess broad knowledge of best digital practices
