Job Description
We are excited to be adding a Accounts Payable Clerk to the MAC Trailer Team. Our Accounts Payable Clerk compiles and maintains accounts payable records by performing the following duties.
Please note that shift hours are 8am 5pm with additional overtime.
Wage Range: $19.50 - $24.75

What you will do:
- Checks and approves all vouchers for payment.
- Also prepares invoice deduction notices as necessary.
- Answers all vendor inquiries.
- Analyzes vendor accounts and negotiates extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted.
- Prepares accounts payable checks.
- Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
- Prepares analysis of accounts as required.
- Assists in monthly closings.
- Assists with accounts receivable and special projects as necessary.

- Basic Computer Skills
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelors degree from four-year college or university preferred.
- One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
