We are seeking a seasoned Global Growth leader to join our ideal candidate will be responsible for exploring testing and scaling initiatives aiming to increase customer acquisition and generate qualified leads.
Own growth initiatives from A to Z (eg. referral program explore the opportunity to launch a freemium product)
Analyze the performance of those initiatives and adjust accordingly to decrease CAC over time and maximize payback.
Challenge the strategy and suggest new bold levers to accelerate growth (self-serve contracts meeting requests).
Mentor a team of marketing professionals (eg. partnership team) setting clear goals and expectations and fostering an environment of growth and learning
The referral program is launched and weighs 20% of our acquisition among independents (TNS) contributing to lower the CAC and the payback.
We have launched at least one additional growth lever.
Good experience in growth allying marketing- and product-led growth
Founders and entrepreneurial profiles welcome!
Strong leadership skills and ability to be hands on
Excellent analytical skills with an ability to mine data for actionable insights
Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinker with the ability to identify and test new acquisition channels and strategies
