JOB DESCRIPTION
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination of medical oncology clinical trials:
- Implementation and application of coordinated procedures between the different clinical services involved in the inclusion treatment and follow-up of patient participation
- Support to researchers and implementation of electronic tools
- Registration of transactions in the systems of the promoters (IWRS). Registration of tests and patient information in clinical and research applications.
- Complementation of CRFs. Resolving queries.
- Reporting SAE.
- Communication with Sponsors and CROs.
- Preparation and attention to monitoring visits audits and inspections internal and external information meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCIE
- A degree in life sciences.
- Training in clinical trials and clinical research at Masters level or equivalent.
- At least six months experience as a study coordinator.
- Demonstrate a good level of English and knowledge of computer ability to work in a team and under pressure.

The Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute (IGTP) is a public research centre located in Badalona. Its main objective is to increase scientific knowledge in order to transform it into solutions to improve the health and medical care of patients and the community.
The Institute is associated with one of the major university hospitals in the Barcelona area the Germans Trias i Pujol Hospital and is part of the Can Ruti biomedical campus. IGTP is a CERCA centre and is also accredited as a centre of excellence by the Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII) and is in charge of coordinating the management and scientific strategy of the campus working in close collaboration with the other centres.
