Description:
The ProductionOperatoris involved in all areas of production.Job responsibilities include:
- Moving inventory and production supplies safely from the warehouse to the cutting area assembly floors office facilities etc.
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of materials employing the highest industry safety standards.
- Perform quality inspections of materials ensuring that the delivery is completed as requested and that the order meets company and industry standards
- Perform automatic or manual bundling of soft body armor packages
- Inspects and counts the layers in soft armor packages
- Assemble components and/or full body armor vest or system.
- Pack finished goods into boxes following a specific set of instructions.
- Inspect items to ensure quality standards are met.
- Consistently and accurately follow departmental procedures work Instructions and quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety policies and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to accurately follow instructions and procedures
- Availability to work overtime
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Physical Demands:
- Excellent physical fitness with the ability to lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
- Standing on a hard surface for extended periods
- Good manual dexterity to meet job responsibilities.
- Good visualization the ability to see details at a close range.
- Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for safe conduct on the manufacturing floor and to meet job responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job is indoors in a traditional manufacturing/warehouse setting. Activities are primarily done while standing.
