We have one full-time supervisory position in our Aging and Disability Services Division. We are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills and an innovative mindset to help launch the new WA Cares program that will go live July 1 2026.
In addition this position will oversee a new program called Health Related Social Needs (HRSN) which will provide expanded benefits to Apple Health enrollees. This program is being contracted to our Area Agency on Aging (AAA) through ALTSA and the WA State Health Care Authority. HRSN is expected to begin this Summer 2025.
The Supervisor will need to have the passion for the development of new programs and be able to supervise staff to ensure a smooth launch of both programs in order to expeditiously meet the needs of Snohomish County residents. Since these are new programs there will be an expectation of the ability to be innovative and to be comfortable with a lot of change as we roll-out these programs.

In compliance with federal law all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
Snohomish County Human Services strives to be an equitable and trauma-informed department. Our department believes every interaction procedure and policy provides an opportunity to build a pathway toward a more resilient and restorative Snohomish County.
