The position is working onsite at our San Marcos TX Facility

What You Will Do:
Support materials and operations in response to changes in demand material shortages or unforeseen production issues.
Perform Sales Inventory and operations planning (SIOP) analysis and reporting.
Support Materials leader in the analysis & report of all monthly business review (MBR) results.
Lead efforts to support the achievement of site KPIs.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.
Prepare all domestic and export shipments
Conduct proper customs documentation and AES filings.
Lead the delivery assurance efforts to improve aging orders E&O material & inventory attainment.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives & in some cases lead Kaizen events.
Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams including manufacturing quality engineering and supply chain.
Assist the materials team in improvement efforts related to inventory accuracy.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding production status and delivery commitments.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree 9 years of relevant experience
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen permanent resident or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: year or more of SAP experience or other MRP system
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with MRP Planning
Previous experience as a Buyer
Experience within a SIOP capacity
