Job Description :
- Support pre-sales and client engagement activities.
- Design and architect end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business goals.
- Define system architecture technology stack and integration strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers product managers and QA engineers.
- Lead technical reviews code quality assessments and performance optimization efforts.
- Ensure scalability security and maintainability of solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
- Mentor and guide development teams on best practices and architectural standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in an architectural role.
- Strong expertise in one or more of the following: - Cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) - Microservices architecture - API design and integration - Enterprise application development (.NET Java etc.)
- Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline automation and containerization/orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Database design and management (SQL/NoSQL).
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have:
- Exposure to healthcare IT systems (e.g. HIS EMR/EHR).
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (HIPAA GDPR).
- Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS Azure etc.). - AI Literacy Conceptual understanding of AI/ML and how they apply to enterprise systems.
