Position Purpose
The testing coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating all standardized testing administrations both on- and off-campus and serves as the point person for any matters related to standardized testing.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinates the logistics of all on-campus administrations of the PSAT SAT ACT and AP exams which includes selecting test dates overseeing student registration reserving facilities scheduling proctors securing test materials responding to issues and receiving/requesting payments.
- Coordinates the logistics of all off-campus administrations of the SAT and ACT which includes maintaining relationships with local test centers arranging student transportation coordinating with the dining hall and ensuring a safe and supportive test environment for Exeter students.
- Works closely with school administrators to create a school year standardized testing schedule and recommended standardized testing guidelines.
- Distributes standardized testing fee waivers in consultation with the Financial Aid office.
- Works closely with the Learning Specialist to implement services for students with disabilities (SSD).
- Stays relevant with standardized testing best practices and ensures timely dissemination of testing-related information to necessary
- Coordinates school-sponsored standardized testing preparation services including vendor selection student access and participation and periodic program assessment.
- Manages standardized testing budget and oversees accounts payable
- Recruits and trains standardized test proctors.
- Writes annual program summaries and provides school-based local and national data analysis as needed.
- Imports standardized test scores to departmental and enterprise database systems.
- Provides ongoing direct service and support to students parents faculty and staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
Experience
- Three to five years of progressively responsible and relevant experience in a school setting.
- Familiarity with standardized testing practices and exam administration policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements
- Successfully complete a criminal background check (reviewed every 5 years).
- Clean Driving record (reviewed annually).
