Job Summary:The Planning Coordinator will plan collaborate with the production team and assist in schedulingand monitoring production timelines to ensure product demand requirements and deadlines are met. Duties/Responsibilities: Uses demand requirements for brewing (forecast) and demand requirements for packaging (salesorders/forecast) to work with the site-specific production team to make sure product demandrequirements are achieved. Works with the Director of Planning to formalize and streamline the demand outputs such that eachproduction facility can use a similarly formatted dataset for production planning purposes. Owns the site specific MRP master files to ensure alignment between forecasted and actual demandrelated to planned production. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in related areapreferred. At least two years of experience in related disciplines including production planning ormanufacturing work required. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
