About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Hotel management Business or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
- Masters Degree in Hotel Management Business or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
- 8-10 years of sales and marketing experience preferably with an international hospitality company or a recognized blue-chip organization.
- Software competencies Microsoft Office programs (Advanced).

About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an Manager to joinSalesinJumeirah Muscat Bay. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Execute the hotels annual commercial plan within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Develop and implement account development plans to maximize revenue in the short and long term.
Managing customer relationships and sales strategy within designated Tier 1 markets. - Attending trade shows client events and sales trips to expand network and generate leads.
- Secure marketing opportunities to enhance brand positioning and drive sales with corporate partners.
