Who are we looking for

Were seeking aBusiness Analyst - Delivery Systemto scope and document projects within relevant Delivery System (DS) projects. This role will work with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and provide delivery and transition to BAU assistance to a range of Delivery System projects.

In this dynamic role you will:

  • Gather validate and document business requirements.
  • Identify issues risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts.
  • Assist the Delivery System platform to rollout system improvements where applicable.
  • Become the primary business and technical knowledge holder of several legacy application environments.
  • Simplify information and decipher technical jargon so it is easily understood by a range of project and non-project stakeholders.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Effective stakeholder management / engagement skills.
  • The ability to think critically in understanding and analysing problems.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across various teams to solve business challenges.
  • The ability to make decisions or recommendations in requirements prioritisation scope and assessment of solution options.
  • Effective listening and communication skills to correctly understand and interpret key information from stakeholders.
