Brief Overview of Position:
Strategic Operational Solutions Inc. (STOPSO) is seeking candidates for an Asset Management Analyst role. Your work will be conducted both onsite and via remote support but candidates must be in the greater Washington DC area.

Requirements and Primary Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience of Asset Management tools and techniques inventory asset accountability & asset security
- Conducting physical counts of Inventory; reconciling with data storage system
- Timely data entry into tracking systems in coordination with all stakeholders
- At all times maintain adherence to IT security and asset management policies and procedures
- Be well versed with ServiceNow ticketing tool
- Basic knowledge in IT Asset procurement
- Firm grasp of IT Asset tracking and disposal
- Managing stock for efficient utilization
- Timely data entry into tracking systems in coordination with all stakeholders
- Experience escalating issues in case of management inputs/intervention required
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts reconciling with data storage system
What You Must Bring to the Table:
- BE/BTech IT or Mechanical or other engineering streams or MBA with Finance or Operations Management from Tier 2 or Tier 3 institutions; ITIL Foundation Certified
- 3 years experience in areas of IT asset lifecycle management
- Additional Diploma in asset/inventory/supply chain management
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Principles and concepts in Defense Contracting
- Knowledge in the procurement processes of military grade and commercial products
- Active Secret Clearance
- A self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
