Project Coordinator Commercial Construction

We have an amazing opportunity for a Project Coordinator that will be in the office and on job sites.

The Project Coordinator role is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week from 7:30-4:00 Mon-Fri (some flexibility on start and end time). This position includes Full Benefit Package and Competitive Wage

Responsibilities
Field coordination
Detail Review
Project Scheduling
Document Management and ensuring all information is updated and accurate
Collection and maintenance of customer contact and relevant information
Ensure all calls and information are directed to the correct person
Travel to local job sites working with job superintendents
Manage various project related documents
Track and report inventory allocation
Maintain employee paperwork
Other duties as required/assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative/project type of role
Construction Environment considered a strong asset.
- Knowledge experience working in an office setting and on construction job sites
Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work in office and on commercial construction job sites
