What Youll Be Doing
- Lead a talented accounting team and foster their development in both locations
- Drive client engagement across a diverse portfolio (SMEs family groups SMSF HNW individuals).
- Deliver tax compliance and advisory services with strong commercial acumen.
- Identify business opportunities and help shape the strategic vision of the firm.
- Play a hands-on role in tax planning structuring ATO engagements & interacting with clients
- Be the go-to for client and technical solutions and internal leadershipyour voice will be heard.
- Be the firms principal tax agent
What You Bring to the Role
- CA/CPA/IPA qualified with 7 years in public practice (MUST HAVE).
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Track record of managing substantial client fees and delivering high-quality advisory.
- Registered Tax Agent
- Commercial mindset with a focus on business growth and client success.
- Driven down-to-earth and ready to take the next big step in your career.
