Mission
The Chief of Staff (CoS) for Pelicos US Team acts as a strategic partner to the leadership team ensuring alignment between business priorities and execution of key initiatives. This role will optimize internal processes drive strategic projects and support business operations across the organization while balancing both strategic oversight and hands-on execution.
By optimizing operational processes and executing high-priority initiatives the Chief of Staff plays a pivotal role in Pelicos success driving growth efficiency and cross-functional alignment to ensure scalability and agility.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Planning & Business Execution
- Align strategic planning efforts across leadership to ensure company goals are actionable.
- Collaborate with the CEO to provide recommendations on strategic priorities and oversee the OKR process.
- Optimize Operational Efficiency and Strategic Execution
- Identify and remove bottlenecks in key processes to enhance business execution.
- Implement operational frameworks to improve speed and resource allocation.
- Support Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations & Revenue Growth
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead generation and sales strategies.
- Provide analytical support on revenue forecasts and sales performance metrics.
- Lead High-Impact Multi-Departmental Projects
- Manage cross-functional projects and drive company-wide transformation initiatives.
- Ensure successful project execution reporting on performance and addressing risks.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strategic Planning & Business Execution: Proven ability to turn strategy into actionable initiatives.
- Operational Efficiency & Process Optimization: Experience in business process improvement and workflow automation.
