What the role entails:

Some of the key responsibilities of our Technical Lead will be-

• Individual contributor experienced in technology that requires minimal supervision.
• Leading the team in their technical approach direction and execution.
• Accountable for the quality of the technical deliverables for the team.
• Scoping complex tasks- coordinating the team towards solving them and unblocking them along the way.
• Collaborating with Product Owner & Team Lead if backlog needs to be shuffled or estimated.
• Responsible for providing technical feedback and advice to dev team members.
• Conducting functional technical analysis and design as well as technical reviews.
• Contributing to the software architecture.
• Preparing and driving Architectural Design Records (ADRs)
• Contributing by sharing knowledge and experience to both the team and the clan.
• Coaching and mentoring team members in the tech area.
• Stayingup-to-datewith the latest trends in the tech community to identify improvements and benefits on team/clan level.
• Ability to learn fast and apply new technologies trends & processes within an optimum timeframe.
• Keeping Documentation up-to-date.
• Presenting & demonstrating to Stakeholders.

What knowledge/experience we ask of you

• Highly skilled and experienced with .Net/C#.
• Experience within Async Programming and Multi-Threading.
• Experience working with Message Brokers (Kafka and/or RabbitMQ).
• Experience working with Relational Databases No-SQL Databases or any other type of Data Stores (AWS S3 File-based etc)
• Unit Testing.
• Docker.
• GIT.
• Octopus.
• Bitbucket.
• TeamCity.
• JIRA.
• Experience working with application metrics & measuring performance.
• Have good experience with AWS and Infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience designing large-scale distributed systems with high-throughput scalability & concurrency in mind.
  
• Experience as Architect or similar role.
  
• Development background (8 years).
