Job Description
Solvi Digital is a creative digital marketing agency based in the UK helping brands scale through content storytelling and smart strategy.
Were looking for a full-time Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment has a strong eye for aesthetics and can bring ideas to life through impactful visual content. If you love creativity live and breathe social media design trends and want to work in a collaborative and ambitious team this role is for you.
Tasks
As our Graphic Designer you will:
- Create visually compelling graphics for social media platforms (LinkedIn Instagram Facebook) blogs emails and other digital channels.
- Design assets using Canva Pro Adobe Express Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Turn raw content (e.g. footage from shoot days) into polished on-brand visuals.
- Collaborate with the team during daily stand-ups to align on tasks and share creative input.
- Follow content calendars and deliver design assets efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain high quality and attention to detail with a critical eye for self-review.
- Keep up with design and content trends to test new creative angles formats and styles.
- (BIG BONUS) Edit short-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro CapCut Videoleap or similar tools.
Requirements
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in a graphic design or video editing role (agency or freelance).
- Proficiency in Adobe Express Canva Pro Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop Lightroom Premiere Pro) and other smart editing tools like Videoleep Capcut Captions.
- Strong portfolio
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks at once and deliver quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Excellent understanding of digital and social-first design best practices.
- A creative mindset and strong visual storytelling skills.
- Self-motivated organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
