Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Inventory Management:
Assist customers in selecting and ordering new mobile devices.
Coordinate periodic refreshes of mobile device inventories to ensure optimal functionality.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels orders and replacements.
Support & Issue Resolution:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring mobile device assistance.
Respond to technical questions billing inquiries and account concerns.
Troubleshoot device-related issues ensuring swift resolution through internal resources or vendor support.
& Process Improvement:
Work closely with internal teams and vendors to streamline mobile device management processes.
Provide recommendations for improving efficiency in device ordering inventory tracking and issue resolution.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of procedures and policies related to mobile device coordination.
