CNC Machinist
Pay:$20.00$35.00 per hour
Location:Tulsa OK
Hours:MondayFriday 5:30 AM3:30 PM (overtime as needed)
Job Type:Temp-to-Perm
Job Summary
We are seeking anexperienced CNC Machinistwith3 to 4 years of experiencesetting up and operatingmulti-axis CNC machines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of machining processes and be proficient in using precision measuring tools to ensure quality production.
Responsibilities
Set upCNC millsand ensure high-quality part production.
Performcomplete and accurate machine setupswithout assistance.
Properly set up and operate3 4 and 5-axis milling machines.
Conductin-process inspectionsto verify quality.
Operate and monitormultiple machinesas required.
Read CNC programs and makenecessary speed and feed adjustments.
Troubleshoot machining jobs to ensure optimal efficiency.
Inspect part dimensions usingprecision measuring instruments(excluding CMM).
Requirements
Minimum3 years of recent experiencesetting up and operatingmulti-axis CNC machinespreferred.
Aerospace industry experienceis a plus.
Proficiency in usingprecision measuring tools.
Ability toread blueprintsand understandGD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
Strong understanding ofcustomer specifications and machining requirements.
Familiarity withG and M programming codes.
Proficiency in operatingHAAS and Fanuc controls; experience withMazatrol turningis a plus but not required.
Strongmath skillsandattention to detail.
A commitment tocontinuous improvementandteam collaboration.
Onboarding Requirements
Must be able to pass anational background check.
Must be able to pass afull-panel drug screening.
Valid drivers license required.
