Job Description
We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of real estate development and property improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills attention to detail and a proactive mindset to keep projects on track from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and management of multiple property development projects
Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones and deadlines are met
Communicate with internal teams vendors contractors and clients to support successful project delivery
Track project budgets and ensure financial accuracy and compliance
Prepare and maintain reports documentation and meeting notes
Identify project risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with regulations codes and safety standards
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Construction Management or related field preferred
13 years of experience in project coordination or administration (real estate or construction field is a plus)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools is an asset
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
