Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Office Receptionist to join our Columbus OH office. This role will be the first point of contact for clients visitors and partners helping maintain a welcoming and organized office environment. The ideal candidate is dependable professional and skilled in customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors clients and staff with a professional and courteous demeanor

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel

  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and common office areas

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

  • Receive and distribute mail and packages

  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document management

  • Assist other departments with clerical support when needed


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Professional appearance and attitude

  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
