We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Office Receptionist to join our Columbus OH office. This role will be the first point of contact for clients visitors and partners helping maintain a welcoming and organized office environment. The ideal candidate is dependable professional and skilled in customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors clients and staff with a professional and courteous demeanor
Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and common office areas
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Receive and distribute mail and packages
Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document management
Assist other departments with clerical support when needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
