Captura Hall is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our marketing department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment can manage multiple tasks efficiently and is passionate about contributing to marketing success through strong administrative and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative support to the marketing team and managers
Schedule meetings prepare agendas and coordinate marketing calendars
Maintain and update internal databases documents and records
Assist with the preparation and formatting of marketing reports and presentations
Track project timelines deadlines and deliverables
Help organize promotional events and campaigns
Communicate with internal departments and external vendors when needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Associates degree or higher in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field
1 year of administrative or marketing support experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and time-management abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
