Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team in Blue Ash OH. In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients assisting them with inquiries resolving concerns and ensuring a positive experience with our services. This position requires excellent communication skills a proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live support systems
Resolve product or service issues promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
Follow communication procedures guidelines and company policies
Provide feedback to management on recurring issues or client needs
Contribute to a team environment focused on continuous improvement and client satisfaction
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office CRM software)
