Your tasks:
- Lead and coach a team of C# engineers creating a culture of feedback and empowerment.
- Serve as a technical expert providing coding support and ensuring efficient software delivery using .NET and web technologies.
- Collaborate with product owners and the head of engineering to align with business needs.
- Delegate tasks and break them down into estimable deliverables preparing specifications and assessing operational feasibility.
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle.
- Contribute to hiring top-quality engineers and understanding resourcing requirements as we grow.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and development tools.
- Plus other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Fluent in English
- 3 years in a software engineering leadership capacity.
- Experience in the Microsoft development stack (C# VB SQL Server).
- Experience in web technologies (JavaScript Typescript Angular Aurelia HTML CSS).
- Experience in test automation managing quality engineers and general software quality methodologies.
- Experience with Git/GitHub/Jira or similar technologies.
