Are you detail-driven quality-focused and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced collaborative environment Valentine Enterprises Inc. (VEI) is looking for a Quality Control Document Control Specialist I to join our growing team!

In this role youll be a key player in ensuring our products meet the highest standards by managing critical documentation supporting quality systems and serving as a liaison between internal teams and customers.

What Youll Do:

• Review and verify internal and third-party test results
• Compile data and create Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
• Approve finished goods for release based on lot criteria
• Liazon to communicate with customers regarding documentation
• Assemble and maintain complete Lot Folders
• Support ERP workflows

• Experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role

• Experience in quality systems or testing
• Familiarity with ERP systems
