- Ensuring smooth operations through the administration and monitoring of the Microsoft
Dynamics 365 CRM environment - First level support for our CRM key users serving as the primary point of contact for any
technical questions - Expanding and optimizing the Dynamics 365 standard modules including testing and
documentation of all changes - Developing and implementing Power Automate flows to automate Dynamics 365 CRM
business processes - Central point of contact for the Power BI development team and support in utilizing
Dynamics 365 CRM data in Power BI
Qualifications :
- Completed training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of programming languages such as HTML .NET or Java is an advantage
- Experience in working with CRM systems desirable
- Strong analytical thinking skills and solution-oriented way of working
- High degree of willingness to learn as well as teamwork and communication skills
