Education: Degree in Graphic Design Advertising or a related field.
Experience: 58 years in design. Leadership experience is not required but having led projects or supported/mentored junior designers is a plus.
Design Skills: Strong in branding animation 3D UI/UX prototyping user research accessibility and design systems.
Tools: Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite Figma and collaboration tools.
Leadership Potential: Comfortable taking initiative providing feedback and helping guide othersformal team management is not required.
Communication: Strong presenter and effective collaborator across teams.
Strategic Thinking: Able to connect design work to business goals and product strategy.
Soft Skills: Empathetic organized detail-focused and open to feedback.
Business Acumen: Understands product workflows Agile methods and how design impacts user and business outcomes.

Creativity: A strong eye for design with a passion for creative problem-solving.
Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure that designs are visually appealing accurate and meet all technical specifications.

Desirable (But Not Required):
Experience with Motion Graphics or Video Editing: Familiarity with After Effects Premiere Pro or similar tools for creating animations and video content.
Knowledge of UI/UX Design Principles: Understanding of user interface and user experience principles for web and mobile design.
Understanding of Brand Identity: Knowledge of how to maintain and develop cohesive brand guidelines and apply them to all design projects.
