Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst for our CIB Department.
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
Performing business requirements analysis
Evaluating business processes anticipating requirements uncovering areas for improvement and propose new solutions
Working closely with clients delivery manager and development team
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
Performing user acceptance testing (ex. UAT)
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
Qualifications :
Business Analyst Requirements:
A bachelors degree in IT or related field
Good knowledge of programming languages like SQL
Testing skills: experience performing tests (ex: Functional) to assure data quality.
Experience working in Agile projects and been able work with the development team across all the software development lifecycle
Extensive experience in technical business analysis
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
The ability to interact with stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
A track record of following through on commitments.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Portuguese and English fluency (mandatory)
