Job Description

Role:
Are you passionate about building data-driven products that empower users and drive decisions at scale Come join the Platform Core Experiences team to shape the future of how we collect process and deliver usage and performance data at scale for both internal and external users. Youll define and drive a multi-year vision and roadmap that empowers teams to make smarter and data-driven decisions.

Team:
The specific team is within Telemetry group that belongs in the Platform Core Experiences. Responsible for collecting processing and displaying product usage and performance data at scale for internal and external needs. 

What you get to do in this role: 

  • Shape the future of our enterprise telemetry strategy both internal and external capabilities. Develop vision and 3-year roadmap on initiatives and capabilities that empower our users to make better data-driven decisions. 
  • Working with Eng Design QE for defining outcomes that drive release planning epic/story creation to streamline execution and delivering the outcomes that exceed the expectations of our customers 
  • Engage in customers and end users to gather insights and feedback to inform development of new capabilities and enhancements. 
  • Assume leadership responsibilities as anaccountable owner who is committedto the outcome regardless of the role ororganizationalboundaries
  • Work withmultipleteamstoguideprojectsthroughdevelopmentand bring high-quality products to life
  • Integrate usability studies research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
  • Develop multi-modecommunications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences
  • Lead the promoting of efforts across different groups of team members along with the ability to influence inside and outside of your team

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 12 years of softwareproductmanagement experience
  • Experience leading and developing data intensive applications such as product usage analytics or application performance monitoring 
  • Strong understanding of building data intensive applications including tradeoffs on collection storage and query.  
  • Navigate manage and align a matrixed organization that involves internal and external data needs 
  • Familiarity with data query language data warehouse solutions application monitoring or data analytics products. 
  • Familiarity with industry standards around data collection or conventions such as GDPR OpenTelemetry etc. 
  • Strong prioritizationskillsandthediscipline to focus on highimpactactivities
  • Experience defining andcapturingproductrequirementsandtransforming them intoaproduct roadmap
  • Deep curiosity about customerneeds and a track record inbuilding customer relationshipsand delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Experience driving solution development through big-picture solution development
  • Ability to serve as a team lead and coach employees at lower levels
