Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
  • Leading and mentoring the kitchen team to maintain high standards
  • Creating and delivering fresh seasonal and nutritious menus
  • Supporting hospitality and event catering ensuring seamless execution
  • Maintaining strict hygiene food safety and allergen management protocols
  • Controlling stock levels ordering and minimizing waste
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience working as a Sous Chef or similar role
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
  • Strong understanding of food safety and health & safety practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
