The Field Reimbursement Associate Director leads manages and coaches a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers who educate HCPs on the patient experience programs focusing on access and reimbursement support. The FRM Associate Director is expected to have deep market access expertise in order to help ensure the FRM works compliantly and effectively to provide access and reimbursement support for the AbbVie Portfolio.
The FRM Associate Director must have demonstrated deep technical understanding of coverage coding payment and distribution of specialty products and the rules and regulations that govern provision of reimbursement support. The primary responsibility of the FRM Associate Director is to ensure their team of FRMs effectively engages customers to understand key coverage coding payment product acquisition and affordability dynamics for AbbVie products in their local geography. The FRM Associate Director will spend the majority of time working with the FRM and conducting quarterly co-travels to ensure the FRM is compliantly and effectively leveraging the tools and materials provided by AbbVie. In addition the FRM Associate Director will help implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure all team members are in compliance with AbbVie expectations and ways of working.
The FRM Associate Director must effectively and compliantly engage with a team of internal stakeholders including Patient Services Managed Health Care Sales and Access and Reimbursement support hub.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
